Take FDR Drive south to Exit 3 "South Street". Proceed about a 1 mile down South Street. Once you pass under the Brooklyn Bridge make a right turn to Peck slip. The Seaport Inn Downtown will be 1 block up to your right hand side.

Coming from Manhattan west side:
Take Houston Street going east (If coming from the Holland Tunnel proceed north upon exit until Spring Street turn right and proceed to 6th Avenue and go two blocks to Houston Street and make a right turn) Go east on Houston Street to Allen Street make a right turn to Allan Street. Go all the way down on Allan Street until South Street and the East River. Make a right turn on South Street and go south, once past the Brooklyn Bridge make a right to Peck Slip. The Seaport Inn Downtown will be one block to your right hand side.
