"We travel extensively and often stay at very Luxury Resorts and Small Inns that are extremely pricey. In the past 2 years we've been to Costa Rica, Spain, Denmark, Italy, France and Switzerland, as well as throughout the US. We stayed at the Best Western Seaport because our son was visiting NYU on a college scouting trip. We have never received more warm, personal or extensive service than from ZB and his staff, including the bellman Omar and the women behind the desk. After arriving home to California after midnight last night, I wanted to get this off first thing, to make certain a genuine thank you got sent to these wonderful people."
